I absolutely love Tortilla, I have a bit of a bias As a result. The food is brilliant, fairly priced for what you get. I love the atmosphere, they usually look the same across stores but have a nice vibe. To be fair in my review a couple negatives, Staff were a bit short and almost came off dismissive, it was just after lunch rush, so it may have been a stressed moment. It seems to be across tortilla in general, but they tend to not have enough seats and space to eat in. It may be the way they configure the place from top level. Definitely love to visit when I have my business trips down to Bournemouth

Never eaten at one of these places before, staff were great and explained the process and gave me a wide choice of fillings for my burrito, I have to say it was lovely and will 100% be returning. Excellent value for money and staff were lovely

Free burrito day, the staff were amazing they coped so well with the absolute amount of people and orders going through, they regularly went up and down the line making sure people knew to have the app ready etc and were very friendly considering the stress they were under, can’t praise it enough as I know how hard it can be working on a day like that with massive queues. brilliant staff.
Lovely first time at Tortilla Bournemouth. Everything is fresh, the rice is fragrant,the meat is tender slow cooked not chewy! Great price! Polite service, very understanding. Will be returning.
